Acceptance Time Frame

The Journal of Library Insights & Innovations (JLII) is committed to a transparent, timely, and rigorous peer review process. We aim to ensure high standards of scholarly communication while respecting the time of our authors and reviewers.

Initial Editorial Screening:
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to assess relevance, originality, and adherence to submission guidelines.
Timeframe: Within 7 days of submission

Peer Review Process:
Submissions that pass the initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review to at least two independent reviewers with subject expertise.
Timeframe: 3 to 4 weeks

Revision Period (if applicable):
Authors are typically given time to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback.
Timeframe: 2 to 3 weeks

Final Decision and Acceptance:
Upon resubmission, the revised manuscript is evaluated by the editorial board (and in some cases, re-reviewed) before a final decision is made.
Timeframe: Within 7 to 10 days after resubmission

Total Estimated Time from Submission to Final Decision:
Typically 4 to 8 weeks
